These terms describe how we handle reservations, what you can expect from us and what we ask from you for a carefree stay.

RESERVATION

1. Booking & confirmation

A reservation is final as soon as we have confirmed the request in writing. Always check the confirmation carefully and let us know within 48 hours if anything is incorrect.

Upon arrival we request a valid ID from the main booker. The main booker must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the entire party.

PAYMENTS

2. Payment & deposit

After confirmation we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance must be in our account no later than 30 days before arrival.

For some bookings we require a security deposit. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or additional costs.

  • Payment methods: bank transfer or payment request.
  • In case of late payment we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
  • Any additional costs (e.g. final cleaning) will be communicated in advance.

CANCELLATION

3. Cancellation & changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that we charge 50% of the stay; in case of a no-show the full amount applies.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. We therefore recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

HOUSE RULES

4. Stay & house rules

We ask you to treat the accommodation, inventory and surroundings with care. Leave the house tidy and report any damage immediately so we can find a solution together.

  • Smoking is not allowed indoors.
  • Pets are welcome at Myrhem. We ask you to take good care of the house and surroundings. A pet cleaning supplement of €75.00 applies when staying with pets.
  • Respect the night-time quiet of neighbours and nature.

LIABILITY

5. Liability & force majeure

Myrhem is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Your stay and use of the facilities is at your own risk.

In case of force majeure (e.g. natural events, disruptions) we may move or cancel the reservation. Any amounts already paid will then be refunded.

PRIVACY

6. Privacy & communication

We process personal data solely for the execution of the agreement and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

By providing your details you agree to receive communication about your reservation and relevant information for your stay.
